Water Leakage
Water leakage could be due to a few reasons such as clogged / choke piping due to built up of residual goo or particles. Icing of the cooling coil because of poor air flow to the coil or low refrigerant levels. Faulty thermostat. Poorly outfitted airconditioner where water from the drainage pipe doesn't flow out properly. Condensation where piping insulation isn't thick enough.
Servicing and Chemical Overhaul
Dirt, debris build up in the coil and insides of an Air-conditioning system over time through frequent usage. This impacts the cooling efficiency of the system and prevents the air-conditioner from running at it's optimal capacity. Hence, frequent servicing of the Air-conditioner is recommended based on the frequency of usage. Chemical Overhaul is advised when the cooling coil is blocked with debris and impedes the circulation of air.
